The crowning glory - Kung Po Sauce from our in-house by Chef Tim - has heavy notes of soy, chilli and sesame. In the office here at Fish Palace, it's one of our faves, being unique, wonderful, warm and comforting... we don't like to be modest.
Here we present it with prawns and noodles for an authentic Chinese meal.
Recipe:
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 4-6 minutes.
- Whilst the noodles are boiling, saute the prawns in a pan with a little bit of oil or butter.
- Just before the prawns are cooked through add the sauce and heat through.
- Finally stir in the noodles, coating all those beautiful flavours
