One table. Twelve seats. Five courses, a glass poured alongside each, and an evening you won't find advertised anywhere else.
This is the first Supper Club we've ever run, and it's exactly what Society membership should get you: a way into things nobody else can. Twelve of you, one long table, and the people who actually source and cut our fish standing in front of you all night.
We'll tell you one thing about the menu and no more. The first course is British bluefin - caught in our own waters, which is rarer than it sounds and worth the evening on its own. The other four arrive unannounced, introduced course by course as they land in the kitchen. You'll hear each species' story from the people who know it best, told properly, over a glass chosen to match.
A note on photography: This evening doubles as a photo and video shoot for The Fish Society. Our team will be capturing stills and footage throughout for use in our marketing, on our website and across social media. By booking a seat, you're happy to appear in that content. If you'd rather not be filmed or photographed, just let us know on the night and we'll work around you.
