OUR VERY OWN SUSHI HOUSE

Here you'll find all types of fish for sushi than most sushi bars and we're proud to say that the sushi fish we offered below attracts many Japanese customers. Most of this fish comes in small blocks which you'll slice yourself - ever-so-neatly, please, with your ever-so-sharp knife - into slices for your favourite nigiri.
Our lovely blocks of smoked salmon are great for sushi and are well known tuna and salmon grade sushi fish too. These blocks are easy to slice to create your best salmon nigiri and salmon maki. The most wonderful flavour of our sake salmon sushi grade or our sea urchin to top your favourite sea urchin sushi will make an exciting roll platter. Try our salmon skin to prepare your best salmon skin roll.
Rice, vinegar, nori and wasabi and soy sauce of course, will transform all the fish into a sushi feast, try our sushi box for the best sushi experience.
