Here you'll find all types of fish for sushi, even more than most sushi bars and we're proud to say that the sushi fish we offer below attracts many Japanese customers. Most of the fish come in small blocks which you'll slice yourself - ever-so-neatly, please, with your ever-so-sharp knife - into slices for your favourite nigiri.
Our lovely blocks of smoked salmon are great for sushi and we're well regarded for sushi grade tuna and sushi grade salmon. These blocks are easy to slice to make salmon nigiri and salmon maki at home. We think we're the one stop shop for sushi grade fish online - offering more exotic cuts also from albacore tuna, yellowtail king fish and black cod. We specially select the right fish to make the sushi cuts and prepare them in easy to use frozen packs to prepare at home. We also sell extras such as rice vinegar, nori and sushi rice that will elevate your sushi game.
